To ensure every girl has their flattering styles for their event, we are glad to negotiate deals on bulk orders according to the amount and quantity.   • Can I amend the order?

To ensure every order meets your expectations, we will always send you a confirmation email to double-check the order. You are allowed to tell us your requirements within a certain timeframe. Orders will be processed after confirmation or if no query is submitted within 12 hours from the confirmation email. Please understand that once orders are processed, it’s not easy to amend them due to scheduling, materials, and tailoring costs.

  • How do I check the order status?

Once your order is placed, you can check the order status anytime in My Account. You will learn which step your order is at. You may also email us or contact us online for further details.

Payment

  • I want to pay but why is the payment declined?

We believe that every customer should enjoy safe and convenient shopping here. We provide the most popular payment options, including Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards. If your payment is declined, don’t worry. This could be due to restrictions from the bank system, influenced by various factors such as cards used in different locations or frequent usage. You may need to use another card or contact your bank to lift the restriction and try again.

  • How do I use the coupon?

Please enter the coupon in the coupon code box displayed on the Checkout page, and then apply it. Both registered coupons and negotiated coupons from sales assistants can be used there.

  • Is it safe to make the payment here?

Every order here will be promised with safe and door-to-door service. It will reach your home in about 5 days after dispatching. Please understand that the estimated arrival date may not be reliable during holidays or due to unexpected weather conditions that could affect delivery services.

  • What if I miss the delivery?

If the first delivery attempt fails, you will find your local express service contact information in our delivery failed email, and you can ask them to arrange another delivery at a convenient time. Please note that if you are unreachable during several delivery attempts, there may be additional charges for re-delivery. Parcels returned to us or destroyed by the express service due to a lack of customer response cannot be considered our fault.

You can return the dress and get a refund if there is anything wrong with it.

  • I returned the dress; when can I receive the refund?

We will arrange the refund upon receiving the returned dress. Generally, you will receive the refund in about 2-5 days.

  • Where should I return my dress?

You need to contact our service team to get a return form before you return the items. Please don’t return it to the address on the parcel.

We can provide dresses and gowns in every size and color listed, even personal sizes. Don’t worry about the stock; our salon tailors are experienced in providing large quantities for your big party.

  • Can we have the dress slightly altered?

If you want the dress to be personalized, we can help alter it a bit for you. Please contact us online or email us your ideas, and we will do our best to meet your request.

  • How can you ensure the returned order is exactly the same as previous ones?

Due to many special orders being handmade, slight deviations in colors and details are inevitable between returned orders. However, you are required to provide pictures of the dresses you received, so we can match the orders easily.

  • How can I ensure the size and color work perfectly for me?

We understand that every dress is important for helping you stand out. To ensure a perfectly fitted dress, please select your size according to the size chart or provide us with your exact size when ordering. Color may vary slightly due to your monitor, photography lighting, and surroundings. We suggest you obtain fabric samples from our site to help with your decision.

  • Can I have a dress that is not on the site?

If you have a design in mind or have seen some fantastic dresses elsewhere, please let us know. Just show us the pictures, and we will check with our skilled tailors and provide you with a quotation within 12 hours.

You can order here as a guest, but having an account makes it easier to track your order, save frequent addresses, and submit tickets. You can easily create your account here in a minute.

  • How do I change the account email address?

To ensure account security, you are not allowed to amend the registered email address, but you can tell us the email address you want to use, and we will update the order status with that address.

  • If I have any questions about my order, what should I do?
